Let’s face it - we don’t live in a perfect world.
No perfect parents, teachers, leaders, spouses, children, the list goes on.
Sometimes, another’s imperfections can have long-lasting effects on our own thoughts, feelings, psyches. Severe anxiety and depression can be crippling signs that trauma has taken place and can leave a person trapped in a poorly productive life.
If you are suffering from past or current trauma, reach out. Our trauma therapist practices Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Bio Acoustical Utilization Device (BAUD) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other processes to help you gain some relief from your trauma symptoms.
In addition, we contract with psychiatric nurse practitioners who can utilize medication treatments when needed.
